Chief Experience Officer
The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all those who interact with Liberate (“the Charity”) and are external to it receive the best possible experience from that interaction.
One of the key objectives of the job will be to generate sufficient funds annually to meet the Charity’s budgeted requirements through developing long-term connections with its Customers.
Experience in senior management or organisational leadership is essential. A unique feature of the CXO’s role is the need to work with a number of different functions of the Charity, experience of liaising with many stakeholders on a project is advantageous. Experience of working in the same sub-sector to that of Liberate is helpful but not essential. Transferring from the private or public sector to work in the third sector is not uncommon and should not disadvantage a candidate.
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.00 pounds per hour

The main purpose of the role is to provide governance and oversight of Liberate (“the Charity”) and to act as an ambassador for the Charity.
A Member is expected to attend not less than six board meetings per year. They may also be expected to represent the Charity at various events and meetings with key stakeholders.
The Charity’s Members will serve a three-year term to be eligible for re-appointment at the end of that term.
The role of a Member is not accompanied by any financial remuneration.
