Maggie’s journey from detective to advocate has been instrumental in bringing justice and support to survivors of sexual abuse.
About Maggie Oliver: Maggie Oliver, formerly with Greater Manchester Police, resigned in 2012 to shine a light on the systemic failures in handling cases of sexual abuse. Her efforts led to the ground breaking BBC drama ‘Three Girls’ and the establishment of The Maggie Oliver Foundation.
This event marks an opportunity to hear first hand from Maggie about her experiences and ongoing advocacy work.
