Do you sell anything via your charity? Then this talk is for you. Charities, like businesses must comply with the Goods and Services Tax (Jersey) Law 2007.
Martin Preisig, Regulation Standards Senior Officer – Trading Standards, will present a talk on Consumer Protection Legislation in Jersey.
This will cover consumer rights (consumer and business), product safety, pricing and single use plastics.
There will be time for Q&A at the end of this lunchtime session.
When: Wednesday 23 October 2024 - 1.10pm to 1.50pm.
