At BSK, our mission is to create an inclusive workforce where people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people can reach their full potential. Since our creation in 2017, we’ve provided structured education, training, and employment through BSK Academy and BSK Enterprises, which includes Beresford Street Kitchen, BSK Catering, and BSK Print Works.

Our impact is clear - over 65 individuals now benefit from our programmes, gaining valuable skills and work experience, and ultimately permanent external employment. From catering at high-profile events to providing meal delivery services, we’ve grown into a sustainable business that empowers individuals often overlooked by traditional job markets.

Our vision is to create a society where people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people are recognised for their skills and can build fulfilling careers. Together, we can create a more inclusive workforce and give people the chance to thrive in meaningful, sustainable careers.
