"It’s like being part of a family that truly understands."

We Understand
We know how challenging persistent pain can be. It often lasts for months or years with no clear cause and can be invisible to others. Everyday tasks, like getting dressed, can become difficult and exhausting.
“Don’t let pain rule you or hold you back. There’s always hope with the right support.”
Here for You
We offer practical support, friendship and encouragement. More than a charity, we’re like a big family, a welcoming space to share experiences and lift each other up. We provide evidence-based activities to help you live more comfortably with pain.
"It’s just good to meet up and have a chat, it makes all the difference."
