Are you a caring and proactive individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of homeless young people? JAYF is seeking a living-in House Supervisor to help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive living environment for our residents. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a friendly and approachable presence for residents
• Act as an evening/night contact for minor issues
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in communal areas
• Conduct daily checks on the property and report maintenance needs

Role Requirements:

• Must have been resident on the island for a minimum of 5 years
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to provide on-call support when required
• Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check

The role is for 7.5 hours per week plus overnight on-call duties as required.  The successful candidate will be expected to live in a flat on-site at a subsidised rent.
