Join the JSPCA Committee

The JSPCA is seeking two new honorary members to join our Committee in May 2025. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of one of Jersey’s oldest and most impactful charities supporting our mission of preventing cruelty, promoting knowledge and caring for the lost, sick and unwanted animals of Jersey.
 

As a Committee member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, governance, and financial health of the JSPCA.
 

Our Committee is made up of a diverse group of professionals, each offering their expertise and guidance to ensure the JSPCA operates effectively and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a voluntary position where you will help steer the charity during an exciting, yet challenging, phase of growth and delivery.

We are particularly interested in attracting individuals with senior-level experience in the third sector, as well as those with industry knowledge in animal management or welfare. These roles are integral to supporting our commitment to creating a transparent, collaborative, and sustainable future for the JSPCA.

Criteria

To be eligible for a position on the Committee, you must be a current member of the JSPCA or become a member by registering before 31 March 2025.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on the evening of 21 May 2025.
